Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure you will receive the full benefit of your treatment. Should you arrive late, treatment(s) will be compromised at the regular rate in consideration of our next client.
We will try to accommodate guest, but appointments are preferred.
Twenty- four (24) hour notice is required. A valid credit card/ debit card number is held to guarantee all appointments. Otherwise, appointments must be paid in advance. If proper cancellation notice is not given, the card will be charges for the full amount of services booked. If paying by gift certificate, it will be redeemed for the full amount of services booked.
Gratuities are customary, appreciated, and left to the client's discretion. Gift Certificates do not include tips unless otherwise indicated upon purchase.
All are non-refundable but fully transferable and must be used by the expiration date. Extensions may be provided if notified prior to expiration. Gift certificates may be purchased by phone and mailed to the recipient.
Specials and promotions are available for new purchases only. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for special offers, unless purchases specifically for promotion. If the offer expires prior to redemption, the card is redeemed at face value.
Massages may be performed on-site or in studio. A minimum of minutes is required per session. For onsite massage, an overall minimum of 3 hours is required to travel, and a $30 travel fee will be applied. Fee covers a mile radius, round trip. Rate is $1 per additional mile, if traveling further.
A fee of $35.00 will be charged for all return checks.
